Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in workers compensation insurance claims and subrogation
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• CSRP Designation preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a claims or subrogation team
• In-depth knowledge of subrogation principles and workers compensation statutes
