Workers Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the Workers' Compensation Department, managing employee performance and disciplinary issues
• Develops and monitors benchmarks to ensure departmental productivity and revenue goals are met
• Conducts training for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees, while analyzing accounts for compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA strongly preferred
• One to three years of Workers' Compensation experience
• One to three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of computer functions, including Microsoft Office and AcciClaim
• Thorough understanding of training methods and procedures for staff development
