Workers Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

Workers Compensation Supervisor supervises the Workers' Compensation team in a full-time role, assisting with process improvements, employee training, and resolving departmental issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the Workers' Compensation Department and manages employee performance and disciplinary issues
• Develops and monitors team benchmarks to maintain department goals, including revenue and production targets
• Conducts training for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees while analyzing accounts for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA strongly preferred
• One to three years of Workers' Compensation experience
• One to three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office and AcciClaim
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
