Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the fully remote Workers Compensation Quality Supervisor will manage caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices
• Manage workloads and define team goals to enhance performance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
