Workers Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the Workers' Compensation team, the full-time Workers Compensation Supervisor will assist the Workers' Compensation Director with process improvements, employee training, and development while managing departmental performance and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Workers' Compensation Department, addressing employee performance and disciplinary issues while ensuring fairness and consistency
• Develop and monitor benchmarks for individual and team productivity, ensuring department goals are met
• Conduct training for new hires and provide ongoing development for existing employees through various training methods

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA strongly preferred
• One to three years of experience in Workers' Compensation
• One to three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim software
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop effective resolutions
