Key Responsibilities

Handles cases related to fee schedules for workers' compensation and auto insurance received through Salesforce
Maintains and updates tickets in Salesforce
Ensures compliance with fee schedules and state reporting

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience with Workers' Comp and Fee Schedules
CPT/HCPCS Coding knowledge required
General Medical Industry knowledge (Worker's Compensation or Auto is a plus)
Understanding of basic Medical Billing practices and rules
