Workers Compensation Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Worker's Compensation Bill Review Systems Analyst, who will analyze operational processes, implement system changes, and serve as a subject matter expert to enhance productivity and efficiency in the bill review process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system configuration subject matter expert, documenting and explaining bill review system rules and settings
• Collaborate with Bill Review leaders to implement changes to processes, including rule editing and system configuration
• Conduct data gathering and root cause analysis to develop process control changes and prepare communication plans for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process/systems analysis and improvement, with at least two major process transformations
• 5+ years of experience generating and analyzing reports related to operational KPIs
• 3+ years of experience in bill/claims processing systems within the Workers Compensation industry across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven experience in project and change management
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
