Workers Compensation Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing weekly reconciliation reports, the full-time Workers Compensation Team Lead will ensure proper account placement and closure for all clients while performing aged inventory reviews and reporting on inventory status.

Key responsibilities

• Work weekly reconciliation reports for all Worker's Compensation projects to ensure accounts are managed accurately
• Send weekly closure reports to clients and perform aged account reviews to identify root causes of aging
• Communicate additional training opportunities for staff members to the project manager

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Worker's Compensation experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of Worker's Compensation regulations and practices
• Working knowledge of the hospital revenue cycle process
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Effective presentation and coaching skills
