Workers Compensation Team Lead - CA/NV

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Workers Compensation Team Lead - CA/NV, this role will manage multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, adjudicate complex claims, and provide technical direction while working remotely or from designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex general liability claims, managing them through action plans to timely resolution
• Oversee the litigation process, ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively
• Lead team meetings, assign accountability, and provide training and support to team members

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred
• Knowledge of CA or NV jurisdiction is required
• Experience in supervising and developing team members is preferred
