Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Underwriter I.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document risks for new and renewal business to support underwriting objectives
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of quotations, policies, and necessary documentation in collaboration with agency partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients through regular communication and visits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent industry experience with designations
• Preferred experience in workers' compensation, customer service, or insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
• Advanced analytical skills for researching and interpreting information
• Active pursuit of professional development and insurance designations is encouraged
