Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Comp Insurance Underwriter I.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite Workers' Compensation new business submissions
• Assist customers with policy-related inquiries via phone and email
• Review underwriting alerts and ensure compliance with internal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent Workers' Compensation customer service or underwriting support experience
• Solid understanding of Workers' Compensation concepts and basic underwriting principles
• Ability to review and analyze underwriting alerts and bureau data
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
• Experience in a carrier, MGA, or agency environment is preferred
