Key Responsibilities

Lead the Underwriting Quality Assurance program and develop QA methodologies and training
Provide leadership for the Underwriting System Support Staff and optimize processes
Serve as a technical underwriting authority, managing complex accounts and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
CPCU designation preferred
7+ years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience, including workers' compensation
1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
