Workflow and Training Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow & Training Associate to support training and workflow configuration in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-live training to providers and staff on efficiency and population health initiatives
• Lead onsite and virtual training events for both existing and new market implementations
• Create and report on KPI trends, highlighting insights to improve end user efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of experience in an Ambulatory EHR environment
• Knowledge of athenahealth's suite of tools preferred
• Previous healthcare operations experience preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
