Workflow App Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow App Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow reports to determine cases eligible for the IDR Process
• Develop and organize reports for leadership evaluation and assist with issue resolutions
• Assign tasks to team members and provide updates to upper management on findings and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Insurance Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and the No Surprises Act
• Understanding of legal and medical terminology
