Workflow Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to join their solutions delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and build end-to-end workflow automation solutions based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery
• Design and implement system integrations using REST and SOAP/XML APIs, troubleshooting issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in delivering workflow, BPM, or integration solutions in a customer-facing context
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and JSON
• Experience with REST APIs and/or SOAP/XML web services, including authentication and data transformation
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data issues
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns and hands-on experience with AI-assisted document processing
