Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with stakeholders on business requirements and produce comprehensive documentation
Review business requirements and create workflow models via flow charts
Document test plans, results, technical issues, and solutions for the helpdesk Knowledgebase

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS (or equivalent working experience) required
Experience with UiPath, Work-Relay, or equivalent workflow automation tool
Workflow Configuration and Data Analysis Experience
Understanding of software development cycle models, specifically Agile/Scrum
Proficiency in system/workflow analysis
