Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Coordinator to provide customer service and manage departmental workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow and manage priorities to meet attorney deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Coordinators to maintain and implement department procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, Secretarial degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a legal document production environment or legal secretarial experience
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and law firm environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
