Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workflow Coordinator to provide customer service and manage departmental workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and manage priorities to meet attorney deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Coordinators to maintain and implement department procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, Secretarial degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a legal document production environment or legal secretarial experience
- Familiarity with legal terminology and law firm environment
- Advanced knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
