Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Workflow Design Specialist will design, build, and maintain interactive decision-tree workflows in Zingtree, collaborating with Operations teams to create user-friendly guidance that enhances client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining interactive decision-tree workflows that simplify complex internal processes
• Collaborating with Operations teams to gather requirements and validate workflow logic
• Identifying opportunities for workflow improvements based on user feedback and operational changes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workflow design, knowledge management, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in business rule consistency
• Working knowledge of coding concepts such as logic structures and conditional statements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback
