Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Workflow Design Specialist will design, build, and maintain interactive decision-tree workflows in Zingtree to streamline complex internal processes into user-friendly guidance for operations associates.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining interactive decision-tree workflows that enhance user experience
- Collaborating with Operations teams to gather requirements and validate workflow logic
- Identifying opportunities for workflow improvement based on user feedback and operational changes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workflow design, knowledge management, or business process documentation
- Working knowledge of coding concepts such as logic structures and conditional statements
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations or business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining clarity and accuracy in workflows
- Resilience and openness to feedback for iterative improvements in workflow design
