Workflow Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Documentation Specialist to support documentation efforts within their Life/PACE program.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand current-state workflows across the Life/PACE program
• Document end-to-end workflows using clear process maps, narratives, and SOP formats
• Create comprehensive, easy-to-follow end-user guides for frontline and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• Experience documenting healthcare program workflows, preferably within a PACE environment or similar integrated care models
• Proficiency in developing structured workflow diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
• Ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into clear operational documentation
• Experience in maintaining version control and documentation governance standards
• Familiarity with change management efforts related to workflow updates
