Workflow Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant of Workflow Implementation and Portal to map, configure, and support corporate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Map processes and design workflows for automation using the LG tool
• Configure and parameterize workflows in the self-service portal
• Train users and provide post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Administration, or related fields
• Experience in implementing and maintaining corporate workflows
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards is a plus
• Knowledge of LG tools and process mapping is desirable
