Workflow Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical liaison for clients, the full-time Workflow Integration Engineer will provide tier 1 support, optimize software integration, and design tailored solutions remotely from Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, delivering hands-on support for software implementation and workflow integration
• Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and guide them through system configuration and optimization
• Deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure efficient platform utilization within client workflows

Required qualifications:

• Strong understanding of media production workflows, especially in audio, video, and digital content pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or workflow design, preferably in media and entertainment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex software platforms in operational environments
• Familiarity with Linux, cloud-based systems, and basic scripting (Python, Bash)
