Job Summary

Managing workflow capacity and operational flow, the full-time Workflow Manager will oversee the movement of work across strategy, creative, proofing, and production teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow capacity and work-in-progress (WIP) across various teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Facilitate campaign kickoff and coordinate the routing of drafts and revisions among teams
• Maintain accurate workflow tickets and campaign records in operational systems, ensuring documentation is current and clean

Required qualifications

• Experience in production operations, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or workflow management
• Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple internal teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in deadline-driven environments
• Experience with workflow management or production tracking systems
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across various teams
