Workflow Modelling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Modelling/Business Process Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Model the current workflow related to the Procurement Function and Legal Office
• Analyze and create alternative workflow models based on proposed consolidations and evolutions
• Deliver workflow models and present findings to stakeholders within specified timelines

Required Qualifications

• Advanced University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, or a relevant discipline
• Certification as an ISO 9001 auditor or a similar qualification
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in non-manufacturing quality assurance and process workflow modelling
• Full proficiency/working knowledge of English
• Experience in modelling processes within intergovernmental organizations is an asset
