Workflow Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

Driving operational efficiency, the full-time remote Workflow Optimization Specialist will design, implement, and manage automated workflows and digital solutions using Smartsheet and Microsoft 365, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dynamic workflows, dashboards, and automated alerts using Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 tools
• Audit operational processes to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for transitioning to streamlined digital workflows
• Translate complex business requirements into structured, automated digital processes and maintain process documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process optimization
• Proven experience building solutions in Smartsheet and/or Microsoft 365 Power Platform
• Demonstrated experience leading process analysis and redesign initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
