Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Specialist - Wave (LATAM) to manage customer implementations and ensure successful go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer implementations by onboarding and setting up customers with Valorx Wave
• Manage multiple Wave implementations simultaneously while maintaining clear status tracking and identifying risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply new Wave features and escalate feedback internally

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SaaS setup and administration, with Salesforce experience as a plus
• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
• Experience working with North American customers
• CRM familiarity, preferably with Salesforce
• Open to training the right candidate on Wave and deeper Salesforce concepts
