Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure successful customer implementations, the full-time remote Workflow Specialist will manage the onboarding and deployment of Valorx Wave for clients in LATAM, collaborating closely with product specialists and maintaining multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer implementations by onboarding and setting up clients with Valorx Wave, ensuring clarity and support throughout the process
• Manage multiple Wave implementations simultaneously, tracking status and proactively addressing risks or blockers
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to apply new Wave features and escalate feedback or recurring issues

Required qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SaaS setup and administration; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects effectively
• Proactive and confident follow-up mindset with strong organizational skills
