Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting radiologists and clients, the full-time Workflow Specialist will monitor and optimize daily radiology workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train teammates on applications, all while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily radiology workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and application-related issues, escalating as necessary
• Train CORE teammates on radiology applications and maintain accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in radiology, healthcare, or healthcare information technology
• Experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk or workflow support environment preferred
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and PACS systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply creative problem-solving
