Workflow Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure successful customer implementations, the full-time Workflow Specialist will manage the onboarding and deployment of Valorx Wave for clients in a remote capacity, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer implementations by onboarding and setting up clients with Valorx Wave, coordinating UAT, milestones, and transitions
- Manage multiple Wave implementations simultaneously, maintaining clear status tracking and proactively identifying risks or blockers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams to apply new Wave features and escalate feedback on recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SaaS setup and administration; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects effectively
- Experience working with North American customers
- Strong time management skills and a proactive follow-up mindset
