Workflow Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Workflow Systems Engineer will design, build, and optimize workflows within Zendesk, focusing on automation and process improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of Zendesk workflows and automations
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide insights into workflow performance and automation impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, workflow analyst, systems administrator, or operations technology role
• Experience with Zendesk administration, including configuration of triggers, automations, and reporting
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
