Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce AI Optimization Analyst to support forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs and validating trends
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for workforce metrics
• Help automate manual workflows across workforce management processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in workforce analytics, operations, or a related role
• 1-2 years of experience with AI and automation tools
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience building reports or dashboards is a plus
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up is preferred
