Workforce AI Optimization Analyst

Job Summary

Workforce AI Optimization Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on supporting forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs and validating trends
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for workforce metrics
• Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring and document processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in workforce analytics or related roles
• 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience building reports or dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up preferred; healthcare experience is a bonus
