Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance, schedule adherence, and shift coverage across the workforce
- Review and process employee leave and schedule change requests
- Identify staffing shortages and collaborate with leadership on proactive staffing planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in a call center environment with workforce management experience
- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or administrative coordination
- Proficient in Excel and scheduling platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
