Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily attendance, schedule adherence, and shift coverage across the workforce
  • Review and process employee leave and schedule change requests
  • Identify staffing shortages and collaborate with leadership on proactive staffing planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in a call center environment with workforce management experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or administrative coordination
  • Proficient in Excel and scheduling platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
