Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst for Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee workforce management for Customer Support, Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance departments
  • Create and analyze reports to improve departmental efficiency
  • Collaborate with outsourced partner teams on capacity planning and scheduling

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
  • 4 - 7 years contact center workforce management experience
  • 2+ years of business intelligence, data mining, or analyst responsibilities
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and data analytics tools
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends
