Workforce Analyst

Job Summary

Workforce Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for creating operating reports and conducting analyses to enhance patient access and service utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and presents reports and tools to department staff and leadership
• Analyzes clinical performance to facilitate patient access to care
• Monitors utilization metrics and recommends improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
