Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor contact volume, agent statuses, attendance, and reporting for multiple queues in multiple departments
  • Review and verify intra-day performance reports and project adjustments for unanticipated volume shifts
  • Create and maintain regular operational, financial, and statistical reports for the management team
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a call center or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
