Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contact volume, agent statuses, attendance, and reporting for multiple queues in multiple departments
- Review and verify intra-day performance reports and project adjustments for unanticipated volume shifts
- Create and maintain regular operational, financial, and statistical reports for the management team
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a call center or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong analytics skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
