Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to maintain efficient operations

2+ years of experience in supporting scheduling efforts for hourly coverage-based teams
Familiarity with Workforce Management software
Understanding of workforce management metrics
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting shift no later than 8am PT
