A company is looking for an Analyst - Workforce Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct labor market analyses and identify trends and opportunities in workforce data
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and present actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant analytics experience in HR, or an advanced degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
• Proficient in analytical tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL
• Up to 10% travel may be required
• Exposure to labor market analytics is preferred
