Workforce Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting data-driven analyses to support strategic and operational goals, the full-time Workforce Analytics Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics, design analytical solutions, and communicate insights, with the option for hybrid or remote work within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct labor market analyses and analyze workforce data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Consult with stakeholders to present insights that drive action and support growth initiatives
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to enable self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant analytics experience, including advanced Excel and dashboarding, or an advanced degree in HR or analytics
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL
• Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights
