Key Responsibilities

• Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends, and metrics
• Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business decisions
• Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3 years of experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience with survey design and deployment
• Comfort configuring and managing listening tools and platforms
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and responsible data stewardship
