Workforce Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance workforce planning and forecasting, the remote Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant will improve the usability and maintainability of Google Sheets-based models, standardize documentation, and support recurring workflows over a ~4 month contract period.

Key responsibilities:

• Standardize and clean high-burden Google Sheets models for structure, readability, and maintainability
• Document and archive spreadsheet models, including source data, dependencies, and known limitations
• Support the monthly workforce planning and forecasting cycle by managing routine tasks and improving workflow structures

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, or related fields with end-to-end project ownership experience
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and interconnected files
• Experience reverse-engineering undocumented spreadsheet models and documenting their functionality
• Ability to independently pull and validate data using SQL or equivalent tools
• Strong stakeholder-discovery skills and experience in documenting and handing off work effectively
