Workforce Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Supporting human capital strategy, the full-time salaried Workforce Analytics Manager will transform raw people data into actionable insights, collaborating with various teams to forecast hiring needs and analyze workforce trends remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends and growth projections
• Gather and consolidate workforce data to build headcount models and run scenario analyses for future talent needs
• Analyze internal labor movement and external labor market data to optimize recruitment strategies and strengthen retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with financial or business analytics
• Experience with HR analytics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools is desired
