Job Summary
Supporting human capital strategy, the full-time salaried Workforce Analytics Manager will transform raw people data into actionable insights, collaborating with various teams to forecast hiring needs and analyze workforce trends remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends and growth projections
- Gather and consolidate workforce data to build headcount models and run scenario analyses for future talent needs
- Analyze internal labor movement and external labor market data to optimize recruitment strategies and strengthen retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with financial or business analytics
- Experience with HR analytics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools is desired
