Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-Workforce Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan aligning with agency's strategic goals and requirements
• Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure all project deliverables meet the agency's quality standards
• Conduct a comprehensive department-wide staff capacity assessment for IT acquisitions, identifying skill gaps and resource needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in workforce planning and assessment, preferably in federal contracting environment
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
