Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Compliance Administrator in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce policies for compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and provide support on compliance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for complex compliance matters

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or compliance auditing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex requests
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic knowledge of HR processes preferred
