Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as central point of contact for servicing and staffing of assigned lines of business
  • Manage real-time staffing, adherence, and agent work states to meet operational goals
  • Develop strategies to ensure service levels are met while minimizing labor costs

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of real-time call center operations
  • Experience with workforce management and reporting tools
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with employee records
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating workload and staffing patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to balance staffing levels and optimize resources
