Workforce Data Analyst

Job Summary

Managing standard reporting and assisting with special projects, the remote Workforce Data Analyst will run, review, and distribute reports while configuring and deploying core Fieldglass reporting solutions in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and distribute standard reports on turnover, headcount, and other ad-hoc requests
• Upload completed reports to the internal file storage system on a scheduled basis
• Configure, design, build, test, and deploy Fieldglass reporting solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass Reporting and 10 years in data reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Power BI and SQL queries
• Experience in human resource reporting and presentations
• Hands-on knowledge of business functions and software technology
