Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Data Scientist in Human Resources (HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and prepare data from multiple sources for advanced statistical analyses and predictive models
• Build analytic capabilities and predictive modeling to address organizational challenges and provide insights
• Collaborate with team members to develop advanced analytical solutions and create meaningful presentations of statistical insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2 years of related experience in data analytics using R, Python, SAS, or SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Basic understanding of relational databases and experience delivering actionable presentations to stakeholders
• Experience with statistical modeling and cloud-based data solutions is preferred
