Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and execution of workforce development initiatives, the full-time Workforce Development Director will develop strategies aligned with customer mission requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure program delivery meets quality standards in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of Department of War workforce development initiatives
- Develop and implement workforce development strategies that address customer needs and emerging skill requirements
- Oversee program delivery, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in workforce development, instructional design, education, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in workforce development or instructional design
- 5 years of experience leading complex workforce development programs
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret security clearance
