Job Summary
To support equity and workforce development initiatives, the full-time salaried Workforce Development Specialist will create talent pipelines, collaborate with educational institutions, and manage internship programs while working remotely in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community training programs to attract top talent
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders to address staffing needs
- Support and manage the internship program to enhance workforce development efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in workforce development, human resources, education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in recruiting
- Experience in attending career fairs and building community relationships
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and healthcare environments preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with candidates and community partners
