Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Workforce Engagement Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and CSE teams during the pre-sales cycle to demonstrate the value of WEM solutions
- Partner with customers to understand requirements and identify how WEM can exceed expectations
- Collaborate with Product teams to share customer insights and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Engagement Management using platforms like Genesys, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio
- Strong business and technical acumen in Workforce Management, Quality Management, and Reporting/Analytics
- Experience delivering engaging presentations and workshops to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without direct authority
- Understanding of Workforce Engagement Management solutions and strategies for employee engagement
