Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Workforce Engagement Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales and CSE teams during the pre-sales cycle to demonstrate the value of WEM solutions
  • Partner with customers to understand requirements and identify how WEM can exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer insights and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Engagement Management using platforms like Genesys, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio
  • Strong business and technical acumen in Workforce Management, Quality Management, and Reporting/Analytics
  • Experience delivering engaging presentations and workshops to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without direct authority
  • Understanding of Workforce Engagement Management solutions and strategies for employee engagement
